Buffering is usually caused by your home network, not by the IPTV service. Try these fixes.
1. Test your internet speed
You need at least 10 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K. Run a speed test on the same device you use for IPTV.
2. Use a cable or 5 GHz Wi-Fi
An Ethernet cable gives the most stable connection. If you use Wi-Fi, connect to the 5 GHz band and keep the router close.
3. Restart your device and router
A simple restart clears memory and refreshes your connection.
4. Change the player settings
In your IPTV player, try switching the video decoder (hardware/software) or the stream format (TS/HLS).
5. Use a VPN if your provider throttles streaming
Some internet providers slow down video traffic. A VPN can help.
